Classes are grouped into terms and run for 5 weeks. These will be based in Dunfermline and surrounding areas of Fife. Each week we learn as a group the different strokes and benefits of each stroke .  Each class is taught in a calm and relaxing environment for babies. There will be crying there will be tears but not to worry as this is a class for infants up to the age of 18 months. We will all learn together.

 

There will also be one day taster courses run in conjunction with the above course. These will be subject to availability.

 

As well as group sessions we also offer private lessons in the comfort of your own home. These sessions can be held at a more convenient time to fit around you and your family life. This can also be a great opportunity for partners and siblings to get involved and share the experience, or as 1-1, which ever you prefer. Sessions can take place during the day at a time that will suit you and your baby. We can also work out a package to suit your baby's individual needs if requested.

As well as baby massage we will try and incorporate several techniques to aid with you babies development. So come along and share your journey with us we look forward to meeting you all.
